  21.          discount to apply, ALL of the checks and forms must be mailed
  22.          in the same envelope or package.

  24.          One check, or many checks, doesn't matter. Credit Card orders
  25.          will not be processed for Net Registrations. All registration
  26.          codes for Net Registrations will be sent via US Mail Only to the
  27.          person who submitted this Net Registration Form. It will be their
  28.          responsibility to distribute the codes.
